Information we collect
- Account and contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, shipping address, billing details, and login activity.
- Quote and manufacturing details, including uploaded design files, notes, dimensions, materials, quantities, color selections, production preferences, approvals, revision history, and order status.
- Payment and checkout details needed to process orders. Payment card data may be handled by payment processors and is not intended to be stored directly by Edyn Labs.
- Device, usage, and analytics data, such as pages viewed, browser type, approximate location, referring pages, cookies, and similar technologies.
- Support messages and operational communications, including questions, feedback, order issues, file review notes, and customer service history.
How we use information
- To provide quotes, review uploaded files, route approved jobs, manufacture products, fulfill orders, and support customer accounts.

Uploaded design files
- Uploaded files remain connected to the customer quote or order. Edyn Labs uses them to evaluate, quote, manufacture, quality check, and support the requested work.
- Customers are responsible for having the rights needed to upload, quote, manufacture, and sell any design submitted to Edyn Labs.
- We do not treat file upload as a transfer of ownership. Any broader commercial use should be covered by a separate written agreement.
Cookies and analytics
- The site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for login sessions, saved quote drafts, checkout continuity, analytics, fraud prevention, and site performance.
- Browser settings may allow users to block or delete cookies, but some account, checkout, and quote features may not work correctly without them.
