Design files and intellectual property

- Edyn Labs may refuse or cancel work involving weapons, illegal products, regulated goods, unsafe designs, counterfeit goods, hateful content, or designs we cannot responsibly manufacture.
Quotes, approvals, and production
- Automated estimates and early quote signals are not final offers. A job becomes ready for production only after the required review, approval, and payment steps are complete.
- Lead times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Material availability, print failures, queue capacity, design revisions, address issues, and shipping carrier delays can affect timing.
- Custom manufacturing may require dimensional tolerances, support marks, layer lines, surface variation, color variation, post-processing variation, or other normal production differences.
- If a design needs changes before manufacturing, Edyn Labs may request approval, pause the job, revise the quote, or decline production.
Orders, payments, and taxes
- Prices may include manufacturing, materials, handling, packaging, shipping, marketplace fees, or other line items shown during quote or checkout.
- Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, and any inaccurate shipping or billing information.
- Payment processors may apply their own terms, privacy policies, and fraud checks.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for verifying file accuracy, scale, dimensions, use case, product claims, safety requirements, labeling needs, regulatory requirements, and final approval details.
