Returns and Refunds Policy

How Edyn Labs handles custom manufacturing cancellations, retail returns, defective products, damaged shipments, and refunds.

Custom manufactured products are generally not returnable because they are made to the submitted file or approved specification.

Defective, damaged, materially incorrect, or unapproved substitutions should be reported through Support promptly.

Refund availability depends on order type, production status, approval history, and applicable law.

Custom manufacturing orders

  • Custom, personalized, made-to-order, prototype, and production-run items are generally final sale once production begins.
  • Before production begins, Edyn Labs may allow cancellation, revision, or credit depending on file review work, materials ordered, queue reservations, and other costs already incurred.
  • After production begins, refunds are generally limited to defects, damage, material mismatch, missing items, or a material difference from the approved specification.

Retail marketplace products

  • Standard retail products may be eligible for return if unused, undamaged, and returned within the posted return window for that product or brand.
  • Made-to-order marketplace products may follow custom manufacturing rules rather than standard retail return rules.
  • Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and the product page, checkout terms, or support decision.

Defects, damage, and wrong items

  • Contact Support as soon as possible with the order number, photos, packaging photos when relevant, and a description of the issue.
  • Edyn Labs may offer repair, replacement, remake, credit, refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the issue and order type.
  • Normal 3D printing characteristics, including layer lines, minor support marks, slight color differences, or dimensional tolerance variation, are not automatically defects.

Refund timing

  • Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible.
  • Bank and payment processor timing can vary after Edyn Labs submits a refund.
  • Shipping, handling, rush fees, review fees, and other nonrecoverable costs may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by Edyn Labs error.

Delayed or unavailable shipment

  • If Edyn Labs cannot ship a covered online merchandise order within a promised or applicable timeframe, we will provide the delay and cancellation options required by applicable law.
  • If a customer cancels under an available delay option before shipment, Edyn Labs will process the required refund for the unshipped merchandise.
