Production and shipment timing
- Custom manufacturing lead times begin after file review, customer approval, required payment, material confirmation, and production routing are complete.
- Retail marketplace orders may have different handling times depending on whether the product is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
- When a shipping or delivery date is shown, it is an estimate unless Edyn Labs expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.
Online order delivery rule
- For covered online merchandise orders, Edyn Labs aims to ship within the advertised timeframe. If no timeframe is stated, we use the FTC mail, internet, or telephone order rule framework as a baseline for prompt delivery.

- Order tracking may show stages such as quote review, approved, in production, quality check, packed, shipped, delivered, delayed, or canceled.
- Business customers with approved production workflows may receive additional dashboard or operator-level status details.
